 There are different types of employment contracts or jobs in canada some of the most common types are:

• permanent full time: is a full time employment with no fixed end date. the employee is entitled to benefits and job security

• permanent part time: this tupo of contract offers part-time employment with no fixed end date. The employee is entitled to benefits and job security

• Fixed term contract: is for a specific period of time and ends a predetermined date, the employee may be entitled to benefit and job security depending on the length of contract

• temporary contract : is for a short period of time and ends when the work is completed. the employee is usually not entitled to benefits or job security

• Freelance or self-employment : this type of contract allows individuals to work for themselves and provide services to clients on a project by project basis.
